ABOUT HARMAN DESIGN SERVICES

HDS was set up in 1991 following my 6 years of working in large London and Norwich Architectural Practices.

I have been working as HDS for 30 years on many commercial and domestic projects for a large range of clients.

Every project is treated with extreme care from the first free consultation right through to
completion inspection if that route is required for commercial jobs or to Planning / Building Regs Approval with a price from a recommended Contractor for domestic projects.

I understand that a new house / extension is one of the most important things in life that
families undertake and use all my years of experience but with the same dedication as if it is still my first project.

I work with several Contractors and arrange estimated prices at an early stage to ensure that building works are affordable before going beyond design stage.

Fees for design, Planning and Building Regs / Tender are separated and each step is carried out until approved before outlay for the following stage.

This approach has worked successfully for 30 years and continues to be the most suitable approach in the current climate.
